I am an Internationally certified Yoga,Therapy yoga,Mat pilates Trainer with experience in various aspects (weight loss, relaxation,stress relief, and bringing awareness towards healthy life style and guiding with good diet and various pranayama techniques). I Like to encourage students to practice yoga and move towards healthy lifestyle .

- The class includes practicing asans with variations , pranayama, and various relaxation techniques.
-weekly once including yoga practice theory classes will be taken ( to tell about the importance of yoga and to make students to understand in depth knowledge of yoga)
-Classes are taken in the morning as well as evening times
-Personal sessions are also provided
