About Sonal
I am a visual artist born and educated in India. I immigrated to Canada in 2005, and was blessed with a very successful art career. I developed an abstract style of art and had shows in Canada, USA, Europe and India. The highlight of my career was being invited to be a member of a delegation to Paris to participate twice in the annual show of the Paris society of fine arts at The Louvre. I received awards at these shows from the Arts Lettres and Sciences society of Paris.
After this recognition, I was inspired to learn more about how art can be used to reduce stress and balance energy. I developed and taught unique processes of fluid art in my local art school. During the pandemic, I began to teach online and also launched my acrylic pour painting kits.
I am very excited to share my teaching on this platform. I look forward to welcoming you to my classes.

You may have heard about the exciting and trendy fluid art or acrylic pour painting. Now you can learn these techniques from an artist who has mastered and innovated processes that use the power of colour therapy. The energy centres in our body known as Chakras correspond to certain colours. We activate, heal and energize this energy while pouring paint on canvas. Acrylic pour painting is a fun and easy way of colour therapy. There is no stress, no colouring within lines and the results are always amazing. We start with a colour meditation and proceed to the art. All skill levels are welcome.
