I am finishing up my 6th year as an intervention specialist. I have taught 4-6th grade. My highest degree is my Masters in Autism Spectrum Disorder. I am currently working on getting my practicum for multisensory instruction through the Dyslexia Center.

I teach using a multisensory approach for phonics and learning to read accurately. I want to help struggling readers who are in the elementary grades. I currently teach special education and teaching my students how to read is my passion. I have taught online during the pandemic, so I make online instruction fun and beneficial for my students. I will work with parents to set goals for their students.
