About Sàvio

I am a professional musician and teacher with strong academic training and broad experience in different musical styles. I enjoy making complex historical concepts accessible and meaningful, especially for beginners. My goal is to present music history in a clear, engaging, and human way, connecting composers, styles, and historical periods to real listening experiences and cultural context.

About the lesson

These lessons offer a beginner-friendly introduction to the history of music, from early traditions to more modern styles. We explore historical periods, major composers, musical forms, and stylistic changes through guided listening and discussion. No prior musical knowledge is required. The focus is on understanding how music evolved over time and how social, cultural, and historical contexts shaped the sounds we hear today.
