About Iona
Hello! I am Iona , a medical student at the UU. I came to the Netherlands (Utrecht) 3 years ago and I liked the place so much that I immediately started learning Dutch. I read a lot and am always looking for new books. I still live in Utrecht and try as much as possible to get to know the nature around the city when the weather is good ;)
And I look forward to getting to know my new students.

I think the best way to teach is through a lot of interaction with the student. I always try to find topics that the student and I even really enjoy. I also really enjoy meeting in person but going online is convenient and luckily online you can find lots of fun toys to make learning more fun. My style is also really flexible and I always talk to the student about what's best for them.
