About Rohit

I am a computer science professor with 5+ years of professional experience. I also work as an open source contributor. Previously I worked at a high impact unicorn startup. I have a well-rounded software engineering background where I have had the opportunity to explore all levels of the application lifecycle, from implementing designs, to setting up testing infrastructure and automating deployments. Academics: - Master of Engineering (Computer Engineering) - Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Engineering) - 2 Paper Publications Area of interest in the following technologies: - iOS (Swift, SwiftUI) - Frontend (JavaScript, React, Next, Remix, HTML, CSS, SCSS, Tailwind) - Backend (Node, Express) - Database (MongoDB, MySQL, Firebase) - Automating Deployments

About the lesson

As a tutor, my approach is student-centered, interactive, and adaptive to individual learning styles and preferences. I believe in creating a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable to ask questions, engage in discussions, and actively participate in the learning process.

My teaching methodology involves a combination of different techniques such as active listening, modeling, repetition, and scaffolding. I also use a variety of resources such as textbooks, videos, interactive exercises, and real-life examples to help you understand complex concepts and improve their problem-solving skills.

Sessions can be of 3 types:
- Topic based
- Problem based
- Subject based

TOPIC BASED
- If you want to understand a particular topic

PROBLEM BASED
- If you are stuck somewhere in your project or facing some problems

SUBJECT BASED
- If you want to learn a subject from scratch

In subject based sessions, a typical lesson plan starts with a review of the previous session, followed by the introduction of new concepts, and concludes with a summary and practice exercises. During the lesson, I encourage you to ask questions and provide feedback to ensure that you have understood the material.

What sets me apart as a tutor is my ability to personalize the learning experience based on each student's needs and goals. I take the time to get to know my students, understand their strengths and weaknesses, and tailor my approach accordingly. Additionally, I provide regular feedback and assessments to help students track their progress and identify areas for improvement.

I can adapt my teaching style to meet specific requirements or preferences. Ultimately, my goal is to help students achieve their academic goals and gain confidence in their abilities.

Perfect! Rohit is an tutor that really helps you .He takes the time to ask question , ask you to share document github anything a student has inorder to make as easy as possible for his student .For me he made everthing easy when i had a huge final project and had a deadline .All i can say is this is a tutor who will explain and show you and help you with anything your stuck on.Hes understanding as well.My partner left last min and need someone who was able to help me .And he exceed my expectation.He message me the progress of my work and told me what error i need to fix .if you need help in next js or backend api hes the tutor for you.Trust me you wont wont regret it at all.Hes a one of a kind tutor .
