About Laura
I moved from Sardinia, Italy, four years ago to study Art History in the UK. In these past four years I have been teaching informally Italian cooking to all of my friends. They still message me when they have had a successful Italian-style dinner!

Italian
Italian cooking is based on simple teaching and few ingredients. I have a straightforward way of teaching Italian cooking, but I am also very passionate about sharing the recipe's story and origin. This always leaves a greater impression on the student!
