I'm Federica, a 33-year-old Italian chef currently based in vibrant London. Throughout my career as a freelance chef, I've had the privilege of working in esteemed establishments such as ST. PANCRAS RENAISSANCE HOTEL, THE NoMAD HOTEL, and more, honing my skills in modern European, Italian, Mediterranean, and North European cuisine. My culinary journey has also been enriched by influences from Asian and South American cuisines. In addition to my work in renowned hotels and restaurants, I'm deeply involved in the private sector, curating memorable events, cooking demonstrations, and personalised dining experiences. Whether it's crafting sumptuous meals for private households, hosting intimate gatherings, or teaching cooking classes, my passion for food knows no bounds. I have a particular affinity for seafood and fresh pasta, and I take great pleasure in sharing my love for these culinary delights with others.
