About Nora
I study computer science at the State University of Milan and, although my university career is mainly scientific, I have always loved languages and literature. From an early age I attended the French school, which is very language oriented. There I nt only learned French perfectly but also English which I perfected by spending long periods in London with my aunt.
One of the things that has given me the most satisfaction in recent years is having helped a girl who, when we met, spoke only a few words of French and no Italian at all. Today she speaks French fluently and can hold conversations in Italian. As for the writing, she managed to get good/fair grades for the exams she wanted to pass.

Hi! My name is Nora. I love languages and I always try to learn new ones, but I find that sometimes (especially in school) they make them seem boring and difficult, which only dissuades kids from studying them, but they don't have to be! Even if it seems obvious, the first step towards learning a language is to be determined to succeed.
I therefore try to involve the student as much as possible in my lessons (for example with games).
Depending on the initial level of the person I always try to speak a little Italian/French because languages are only learned through practice.
I adapt my method to the person I have in front of me because I know from experience that there is no "right" method. I am convinced that languages must first of all be understood, each one has its own logic and once you have internalized it you can move smoothly within the language, both written and spoken.
Kids/teenagers also often need to let go, so my goal is always to create a safe space in which making mistakes is never a bad thing but only allows you to learn more.
