Janet - Redhill - Qts

Back in December I got accepted onto a course at Kingston University to study for a PGCE qualification. I was completely unaware of the QTS Maths Test that I had to pass prior to the course with only 3 attempts. I found Janet and luckily she helped me gain some much needed confidence in Maths. Janet is a fabulous tutor; patient; thorough and she has the most helpful worksheets to make you understand anything. Without Janet I would never be starting my course in September. Thank you very much.

I can't recommend Janet highly enough. I passed my QTS Numeracy first time. Janet was kind, patient and truthful with me, I was given lots of worksheets focusing on my many weak areas, lots of valuable guidance, hints and support. Owing to family commitments I moved from face to face lessons to on- line tuition - this was excellent. Janet uses free software so there are no additional expenditures to the fee and the teaching remained high quality and effective. Thank you again Janet!

Hi Janet, just a quick note to say, when I collected H today he said to me in the car that you were so organised and that the lesson was very productive. My daughter was really struggling in Maths, she had no confidence and got really anxious when she had to undertake any form of Maths tests. Janet has showed her different techniques and her confidence has grown so much. Janet is friendly and easy to get along with, she explains things clearly and is very patient. My daughter feels very relaxed in her company, I would definitely recommend her for tutoring.

Janet helped me with my AS Level maths (C1 and C2). I found her to be very helpful as she was able to specifically tackle the problems I had and helped me to boost my confidence with answering difficult questions. She was also a very pleasant person to talk to and always encouraged me to persevere with the bits I found hard.

Janet is a wonderfully experienced, insightful and patient tutor. Since my son has been seeing her, his confidence has rocketed and his end of year exam score was hugely improved. I took my Numeracy Skills test for the first time yesterday and passed!!! As you know this has been a real struggle for me I have lost two years due to failing on my third attempt in 2013.It is safe to say that I wouldn't have got here without you!Your step by step teaching and 100% confidence in me has transformed my attitude towards maths in general and enabled me to pass the test!
