Start with dynamic agility or a little fitness work, then move into ball work, dribbling, passing, first touch, positioning, turns, and shooting.
Mostly, work on developing technique with the ball and comfortability with the ball. I work on shooting and shooting form/technique in the second half of the session, as well as different 1v1 variations.
We will work on different forms of shooting including volleys, one-touch finishes, finesse finishes, and finishes from crosses, among many more! I want the players to do their best and have fun!
