I’m a dedicated guitar tutor with 5 years of teaching experience and a Bachelor of Arts in Music, specializing in guitar. My approach is holistic, blending physical awareness, visual learning, and sound exploration. I incorporate movement techniques like the Alexander Technique and focused breathing exercises to help students develop ease and prevent tension while playing. Visual tools such as diagrams and fretboard maps are a core part of my lessons, making complex ideas clear and accessible. Alongside technique and theory, I use auditory playbacks to sharpen your ear and deepen musical understanding. I understand that performance anxiety can be a real challenge. That’s why I guide my students in managing nerves with mindfulness and confidence-building strategies. My goal is not only to improve your skills but also to nurture a healthy relationship with music and performance.
