About Greer

My guitar teaching approach blends creativity, structure, and technology to make learning engaging and effective. I use chord visualizers and interactive apps to help students see and hear musical concepts clearly, which is perfect for those who thrive on visual–auditory balance. Loop pedals let us experiment with rhythm, harmony, and layering in real time, turning practice into a playful, hands-on experience. We work on tempo control, harmonics, and phrasing using tools that provide instant feedback, helping you internalize precision naturally. For students interested in songwriting, I guide them through DAWs, from building chord progressions to layering tracks and arranging multi-track compositions. I tailor lessons for learners who enjoy tech, benefit from structure, or love to express themselves musically. Every session balances clear guidance with freedom, letting your personal musical voice emerge confidently. Whether you’re a late bloomer finding your groove or a recording artist shaping your own sound, this approach meets you where you are. Lessons are interactive, hands-on, and focused on real-world musical growth.

About the lesson

I’m a dedicated guitar tutor with over 8 years of experience, passionate about helping students become confident performers and creators. I hold a Bachelor of Music in Guitar Performance, which gave me a strong foundation in both technique and musical expression. My teaching blends traditional guitar instruction with modern music production tools, making lessons engaging, dynamic, and future-ready.

I love integrating DAWs, loop pedals, and recording techniques into sessions, allowing students to explore composition, layering, and performance in creative ways. Whether you’re a beginner learning your first chords or an advanced player refining your style, I tailor lessons to match your goals and pace. We cover everything from scales, chords, and improvisation to songwriting and multi-track practice.

My approach encourages creativity, technical skill, and musical independence. Lessons are a mix of structured guidance and hands-on experimentation, so students gain confidence while developing their own unique sound. I focus on helping learners express themselves fully while mastering the tools that modern music offers.
