About Jordan
I’m an English tutor based in Sydney with a Master’s degree and extensive professional experience in business and finance. I’ve worked with people from many cultures, and I genuinely enjoy learning about the world through my students. As a parent of two school-age children, I have hands-on experience teaching reading, pronunciation, and comprehension in a patient and structured way.
I bring calm, clear communication and a methodical approach to every lesson. My focus is on practical communication — speaking, listening, reading, and writing — especially for learners who want to improve their English for professional or academic reasons.
I am dependable, respectful, and committed to each student’s progress. I look forward to helping you grow your English skills with confidence.

I take a calm, structured approach to tutoring. I focus on clear communication, practical examples, and building confidence. I use conversation practice, reading exercises and pronunciation coaching, and I always adapt my lessons to the student’s level and goals.
Lessons are 45–60 minutes and can include a mix of correction, guided practice and real-life English examples. I provide feedback in a friendly, easy-to-understand way.
I hold a Master’s degree and have extensive professional experience working with international colleagues, which has given me a strong understanding of different communication styles.
My lessons are suitable for adult learners (all levels), especially those wanting to improve English for:
