I went to DePaul University where I focused on all journalism platforms. I have worked as a writer, sports anchor, led a literary magazine, and was president of the honors society in Junior College. I currently write freelance and am looking to get into education for high school English.

I struggled academically in high school and middle school and do well reaching these students in particular and helping them see value in education while building confidence.
