About Osman
"I am an engineer/jump rope trainer/long distance runner/cyclist. I've been doing jump rope for 2 years now, I feel energetic and enthusiastic doing it. I think that everybody can learn jump rope, it's fun and exciting. I am giving private classes at home.

My teaching method is step by step process which can be divided into classes. It's a type of High Intensity Training to improve your mind and body control. This training is for anybody of any age group who's a bigginer or intermediate wanting to improve their jump rope skills.
