About Jack
Hi, my name is Jack. I am a 24-Year Old Junior Accountant who has recently moved to Vancouver, BC from a rural town in Ireland.
While living in Dublin; Ireland's capital city, I completed a 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Studies from Dublin City University. This degree included numerous modules in areas such as accounting, economics, marketing, financial management, and much, much more. Most recently, I completed a 1-year master's degree in Operations Management where I learned a lot about business management/strategy, operations, supply chain management, and logistics.
My goal as your tutor will be not only to help you to develop your business knowledge but to learn about how the different theoretical concepts that we will be discussing are affecting organizations in the real world.

My teaching methodology involves a heavy focus on student engagement and the use of real-world, practical examples to illustrate how theoretical concepts apply to the global business environment.
My teaching style places a significant emphasis on visual representations through slideshow presentations, videos referencing real-world examples, and fun discussions which keep the lessons fun and engaging.
Having recently completed a master's degree in operations management, I have a wealth of academic knowledge which I would now love to pass down to the next generation.
