So basically I'm trying to go on a scale of 30 dollars for the first hour of any day, and if you take a continuous 2nd hour or 3rd hour it will increase by 20 dollars per subsequent hour.

Basically
1 hr --> 30 dollars
2 hr --> 50 dollars
3 hr --> 70 dollars so on and so forth
