About María José
I am Maria Jose, almost everyone calls me Majo, I am 33 years old and I am a traveler, my passion since I was little was karate and from that exercise became my passion, I am a black karate belt, I have courses made of Spining (indoor bicke ) and functional.
I take sports as a lifestyle and doing it generates a lot of happiness which I would love to share with all of you.
Each one of them has their limits but they can be overcome day by day, without forgetting to respect yourself, which is the most important thing.

My teaching methodology is to think that you can always do a little more and that the limits are to be exceeded.
For me, exercise is necessary to connect with myself and with others.
For this reason I like to integrate aerobic and anaerobic exercises in my classes where you use your whole body, concentrating everything in 1 hour of class, the last minutes will be for stretching and sometimes whoever wants to can stay a few more minutes for a meditation.
1hs of class that includes various exercises where the whole body is integrated and the last minutes will be to stretch and get back to oneself.
