About Alicia
When I was growing up, some of my biggest role models were Belle from Beauty and the Beast, and Mrs. Honey from Matilda. I have grown into a refined well-read woman because of these icons, and believe in their principles: Kindness when teaching, Patience for learners, stern but fair direction, and a natural nurturing ability to support the difficult process of reading, writing and speaking English.

I believe everyone learns differently.
My teaching style begins with a survey to understand how best you like to learn, what you are hoping to learn (conversational english, ordering food, understanding common phrases etc), and the ultimate timeline for your english speaking target (3 months, 6months, 1 year).
After the survey, we can begin to create a timetable for your lessons based on your goals, and affordability. Everyone deserves to learn the most commonly spoken language, and I can help! Utilizing mixed media like slideshows, physical objects, and sentence fragments, we can begin to formulate associated comprehension and grasp the listening, and then the speaking, of English.
