I am a qualified teacher and Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) with over 8 years of experience working in a respected UK prep school. I am passionate about creating a nurturing, student-focused learning environment where every child feels supported and empowered to reach their full potential. My approach is personalised and adaptable, ensuring that lessons are tailored to meet each student’s unique needs, learning style, and abilities. Our lessons would include a review of prior learning to ensure understanding and address any questions. Finally, my students would work on independent tasks to reinforce their learning, followed by a short recap and an opportunity to ask questions. The lesson would be tailored to the child’s specific needs, ensuring a nurturing, student-led environment that fosters confidence and mastery of the topic.
