About Silvia
I am a Kinesiologist, I have studied Physical Education at University of Catania( Italy) and now I study Adapted Physical Education. I teach Yoga, Pilates, Fitness, Aerobics, Zumba, Fitboxe and Postural gymnastic. I've also done many years of martial arts.

I desire that people have a good health, so before starting tge training, I always ask to people if they have any physical problem. I adapt the exercise to every people because we are all different. I am kind and disponible at every hour.
