About Neela
Hi, I’m a friendly and supportive maths and science tutor helping students aged 10–15 build confidence and improve understanding in a calm and structured way.
I focus on making difficult topics easier to understand through step-by-step explanations, practice questions, and personalised support tailored to each student’s learning style. My lessons are designed to help students feel more confident in class, improve problem-solving skills, and prepare for tests and exams without feeling overwhelmed.
I provide support with:
• KS2 & KS3 Maths
• Physics, chemistry and biology
• GCSE Foundation preparation
• Homework help
• Exam practice and revision techniques
I aim to create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing confidence at their own pace.
Online evening and weekend sessions available.

I focus on building confidence alongside subject knowledge by breaking down complex topics into simple, easy-to-understand steps. I also adapt my teaching methodology depending on whether the student benefits more from visual learning, practical exercises, exam-focused preparation, or conversational learning.
Lessons are typically 60 minutes long, although longer or shorter sessions can be arranged depending on the student’s needs, level, and learning objectives.
