About Emmanuel

Hello! I am a 2021 LAMDA graduate with a degree in the MFA Professional Acting programme. During my time studying, I undertook world class training from some of the industry's top practitioners - teachings which I am eager to pass on to young budding actors who are ideally looking to kickstart their journey, especially through the route of drama schools.
Since graduating, I have worked in projects with The National Theatre and most recently, worked with the Royal Shakespeare Company in their production of 'Pericles' which transferred to Chicago in 2024.

About the lesson

Having graduated Staffordshire University in Acting & Theatre Arts with a First to then being accepted into The London Academy of Dramatic Arts the same year, I feel my teaching perfectly blends elements from both the theoretical with the physical element, necessary within this ever-evolving profession. Throughout my several years of training, I have also been part of the National Youth Theatre, granting me a broad range of specific and effective techniques when it comes to dissecting and analysing scenes/monologues to perform. Depending on the client, a lesson can range from analysing a monologue and finding the true essence of the speech to getting it up on its feet, ensuring it is deeply embedded in the body. In terms of lesson duration, a typical lesson is 1hr but we can arrange to add more time, if needed. Overall, I want to help you to find your “truth” in any text you want to explore. Finding that, opens up countless possibilities that allow you to view play scripts from Shakespeare to contemporary in a whole different light.
