About Patience
My name is Patience Berepele, and I am a language development teacher, self-care and mindfulness educator, guidance counselor, and behavioral therapist who is passionate about helping students grow academically, emotionally, and personally. I chose teaching because I believe every student deserves a safe and encouraging environment where they can discover their voice, build confidence, and develop healthy ways of thinking and learning. My desire is to support students with patience, understanding, and practical tools that help them succeed not only in school, but in life.

As a language development teacher, guidance counselor, behavioral therapist, and mindfulness educator, I create a supportive environment where students feel seen, understood, and motivated to grow. My nephew has a cochlear implant but due to unfortunate circumstances, could only say and understand "hello" and his name at 9 years old.
Under the tutelage of Mrs. Patience, he is 14 now and can hold brief conversations and is quite the chatterbox now! Too much of a chatterbox, actually.
