About Charlotte
I am a modern languages student in my final year at the university of Nottingham. I am a level C1 in French. I have had first hand experience speaking and living in France, part of which was spending a summer in Corsica as an aupair to two children (6yrs and 11yrs), my main role was to help their English. Additionally I spent a semester at the University of Avignon and an additional simmer working on a holiday estate in the south west of France. Thanks to my studies, I have a high level of competency in French.
Moreover, as a student I understand the struggles of writing and speaking for exams (GCSE, A-level) and am able to give guidance and what the teachers are looking for to achieve top grades.

My teaching method varies on the student. Before creating a plan, it is imperative to know the level of the student and their goals (a speaking exam, a writing exam).
To truly excel in a language you have to embrace all aspects, therefore I will base my lessons on the four key skills, speaking, listening, reading and writing. Only then can the student progress in understanding and confidence in the language.
I will therefore use listening comprehensions, reading extracts and speaking in French to help the students needs.
