About Arjun

I'm working out for 4 years now, and I have since been dedicated to not just getting fit, I always tried to learn something new from wherever I can until I decided to take it higher, enroll myself at an academy and learn dietetics scientifically. I have knowledge of various foods, food plans that people look out for when they have a goal, various exercises that help us lead a fit lifestyle.

About the lesson

Nowadays, people go online and search for a diet plan that has worked on that athlete or personality they admire and start applying it on themselves. Everyone's body is different, and what worked for one person won't necessarily work for another and hence, you need a plan that is for YOUR body, based on no one but you. We'll study your body type, parameters and prepare a diet you can sustain. The diet would be based on foods you can easily consume, and exercises would be given to you, at gym or at home.
