About Alicia
I am a 21 year old girl. I am studying CAFyD (known as inef) and I am in my last year of my degree. I have been practicing sports since I was very young (7 years old) and I want to transmit everything I have learned and studied these years at university to help people achieve their goals!
I have trained for many years in tennis, in competition.

As a sports lover, I want to help people establish healthy habits in relation to exercise to be active people and teach all the values that sport transmits to me. In addition to informing the benefits that sport has in your daily life.
We can do classes outdoors, gyms, online (although it is always better in person), in your garden ... I adapt!
The most important thing is that you achieve your goals so that you feel comfortable and generate a good atmosphere!
