About Laura

I am an Emergency Medicine Registrar in South London. I graduated from St George’s University of London in 2018 with 4 distinctions and 6 academic prizes. I am an enthusiastic learner and I have a keen interest in medical education. I find it extremely fulfilling to see students achieve their desired goal with personalised tuition.

About the lesson

I have 8+ years of teaching anatomy, clinical skills and communication skills at a university level. I have also provided personal tuition to a large range of students and have helped guide them to passing their end-of-year exams. I will draw on my knowledge and experience to create a personalised approach for you to help you achieve the best results.

She has helped to really ease my anxiety around my preparation for the exam. She has helped me tremendously from helping me to develop my revision plan and identifying the best resources to help me excel in the exam. I would recommend Laura because she really helps to take an approach which meets my learning objectives. Outside of our lessons Laura has been very approachable too. I am able to contact her if I have any questions/concerns and she is always very prompt to reply despite her busy schedule.

Amazing teacher. There is so so much to remember in medicine and I was finding it very difficult after having failed a year and reached out to Laura for help - she has really made a difference. She understands so much about medicine and has lots of tips to help me remember. Laura also put everything into real life scenarios which has really helped me stand out on placements and do better in my OSCE! I never felt judged by Laura and she has been so so lovely!
