About Will

I am a Legal Researcher at the High Court of the Solomon Islands. I have worked on matters of national and international importance, most notably the constitutional crisis of March 2026.

For the time being, I have some availability. With my skills and experience, I am positioned to guide prospective LAWS101 students and give them the confidence they need to start the year off strong.

About the lesson

My personal approach to teaching is discussion-oriented and involves the student at every step of the process.

Lessons may cover one unit of LAWS101 out of:

Legal system origins
Human rights
Negligence
Privacy
Treaty of Waitangi
Professional Studies

I graduated with my LLB/BA in 2026. At university, I was a tutor for both the Law Faculty and for the Māori Centre for two years.

Lessons will be aimed at people looking to study LAWS101 at the University of Otago.

Perfect! Will is an experienced tutor, and he is knowledgeable about most, if not all, aspects of first-year law taught anywhere.
