About Isabelle
I did my LLB at the University of South Wales (USW). I sat on the USW’s board of governors representing the student voice, BME and disabled student voice. I sat on the board of trustees for USW SU where I was responsible for the legal, finance and governance of the organisation.
Previously I worked within outdoor education working with families and children aged 4-18. I worked mostly with the NCS, disabled groups and was involved in fundraisers for charity.
I was a student Signpost Mentor at Aberystwyth University and ambassador for the university. I sat on the Oxford University press law panel as a student representative. I have a thank you card from OUP on behalf of two authors for reviewing and making insightful comments that helped shape their published books.
I enjoyed being a caseworker in a family legal aid clinic in Aberystwyth. (which ignited my research on legal-aid desserts in Wales).
