About Lauren
I am a post graduate law student who comes from Johannesburg and currently lives in Potchefstroom to complete my LLB degree. I am fluent in Afrikaans and English. I did well in high school with both English and Afrikaans as my home language as well as German as my second additional language. My background in law equipped me with strong language skills. I also worked as a editor for my high school newspaper.

In my lessons I would like to evaluate each student separately to determine which method to use, for example if the student learns more effectively through visual teaching or better with audio. In my opinion, language is something one learns with actually speaking it and constantly hearing it. My main focus in the beginning is to teach my students the basics for English and then move on to grammar to add to their knowledge.
