My teaching method is how I learn as well, and that is orally repeating new information to myself. It is found to be helpful when you hear yourself especially in a subject such as English.
Then I also familiarize myself with new words bt writing them down and sounding them out so that when I see it in a sentence it won't be foreign to me and in that manner I will remember it. Apart from this, weekly revision is crucial to my teaching methodology as it would give me a guideline as to how far each student has progressed over the course of the week.
However, each student has thier own way of learning which I am also able to adapt to.
