About Janice

I work as a legal consultant, I have worked in the legal industry for 4 years and I hold an LLB (Hons) Law 2:1. I'm empathetic and passionate about learning to think, as well as mental health and balance in life outside of work and study. I'm also a musician and dancer so not a seemingly unidimensional 'law person'.

My Ethos

Rote learning the law is nowhere near as valuable as learning to think, and so I want to help you maximise your understanding of principles and develop critical reasoning skills that will stay with you. I believe in a dynamic approach driven by discussion and brainstorming especially as at times in large group settings like lectures and seminars, it might be difficult to contend with many other voices in the room.

I am also very passionate about taking care of your wellbeing alongside maintaining your studies. Law school can be very intense and comes with a lot of transformation by nature. Having been through this, sometimes, trial by fire, I know its importance and I would be honoured to support your journey.
