I am a lawyer and I have a passion for fitness since the age of 13 years. Since then I have taken a very academic approach towards fitness.
I am a nerd towards everything and most importantly for you my future student, I am a nerd for fitness!

Whatever results you wish to attain I will make you reach them in the quickest and safest possible manner and in such a manner that you would actually enjoy it :)
Fitness has been one of the only things that I have studied judiciously. I have trained myself and others, people with varied genetics, income levels and time they can allot to fitness.
I try my best to educate you why you have to do a certain movement pattern, I use not just physical training knowledge but also psychological knowledge to give you an edge over others.
