About Mahesh
Hey welcome to my profile, I am Mahesh Kathare. I'm a diploma graduate in nutrition and fitness, I am a full-time fitness coach with experience of 8+ years in fitness & I have helped more than 250 people from different time zones to achieve their fitness goals. I believe those who focus on building healthy habits rather than making quick fixes successfully achieve their fitness goals & manage to stay fit for lifelong. I have transformed myself from fat to fit being consistent with diet and training. I focus on educating you about basics of quantified nutrition & exercise, I will also be helping you learn & build healthy habits, which is the only way to stay fit for long time, I will be always available to clear your doubts regarding fitness & nutrition.
