I am a trained philologist with a Master of Studies in Ancient Greek and Roman History. I specialize in teaching Ancient Greek with clarity, structure, and a strong focus on student support. Looking to master Ancient Greek? I’m a trained philologist with a Master's degree in Greek and Latin literature. My approach combines structured grammar and vocabulary building with guided reading of texts from Homer and Herodotus to inscriptions and epigrams, helping students understand the language in both literary and historical contexts. A typical lesson balances clear explanation of forms and syntax with active translation practice and discussion to build fluency and confidence.
What sets me apart is my ability to bring Ancient Greek to life, not only through reading classical authors but also by incorporating inscriptions that show how the language was used in everyday and official contexts.
