About Divya
I am an Ayurvedic physician with 18 years of clinical experience and 12 years of teaching experience as a university faculty member. I completed both my BAMS and MD (Ayurveda) from the prestigious Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram, established in 1889 and recognized as one of India's oldest and leading institutions for Ayurvedic education.
My expertise includes Ayurvedic medicine formulation, evidence-informed Ayurveda, and preventive healthcare. I have also pursued additional qualifications in Health Science Research and Public Health Nutrition, enabling me to integrate traditional wisdom with a scientific perspective.
I currently practice as a Consultant Ayurvedic Physician and serve as the Managing Director of Ragdima Academy of Sustainable Health and Research, where I am committed to making authentic Ayurveda practical, accessible, and relevant for modern life.

Rather than asking you to memorize concepts, I help you understand the "why" behind Ayurvedic principles so you can make informed choices about your health every day.
My classes are ideal for adults, wellness enthusiasts, healthcare professionals, students, and anyone curious about Ayurveda. No prior knowledge is required.
By the end of the course, you will have a strong foundation in the basics of Ayurveda, enabling you to better understand your body, make healthier lifestyle choices, and take an active role in maintaining your own health and well-being.
