About Huda

My name is Huda Hizbul. I have completed my O/Ls and A/Ls with strong academic results and am currently pursuing ACCA Stage 2 at Achievers Business School.

Over the past two years, I have tutored students at well reputed academies as well as through private tutoring. I teach Accounting, Business Studies and Economics across the Cambridge, Edexcel and Sri Lankan National syllabuses.

I have experience in teaching students from the UK, Qatar, Ksa and Sri Lanka.

I teach Business Studies, Accounting, and Economics for local, Cambridge and Edexcel syllabuses, covering O/L and A/L levels. The experience I have gained has helped me develop my teaching skills and experience working with students.

I work part time as HR and sales associate. My experience as an HR and Sales Associate contributes to my effectiveness as a tutor because it has developed my communication, problem solving, organization, and interpersonal skills. Through my work, I have learned how to understand different people, explain information clearly, listen to others, and adapt my communication style to suit different needs. I can bring real life examples from the workplace into my lessons to help students understand how the knowledge they learn in class can be applied in everyday situations and future careers. I also understand the importance of patience, teamwork, responsibility, and building confidence, which are essential when working with students. By connecting theoretical knowledge with practical experiences, I hope to make my lessons more engaging, meaningful, and interactive while helping students develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed both academically and in real life.

With my professional and teaching experience, subject knowledge and strong focus on exam preparation, I believe I would be a valuable addition to a student's learning journey!

About the lesson

My main focus is on training students to achieve A grades. Rather than simply covering the syllabus, I help students understand how to answer examination questions effectively, follow marking schemes and maximise their marks. I use past papers, structured notes and model answers to strengthen their understanding and improve their exam technique. I also identify each student's weaknesses and adapt my lessons to help them improve in the areas they struggle with most.

I believe that every student has the potential to do well with the right guidance and preparation. I aim to make difficult topics easier to understand while helping students build the confidence and skills they need to perform well in examinations.
