Rafaela is a highly dedicated university student who is just as motivated to improve her English in preparation for her Erasmus exchange and future career. I am very proud of the effort she puts into studying in her free time, and this is clearly reflected in the progress she has made so far.

As Rafaela had not previously studied English formally outside of school, we began working on exam-style questions to support her development towards her goal of achieving a C1 level.

Vera attends an international school, so English is essential not only now but also as she transitions into middle school next year. As she uses English regularly, her fluency is excellent. Rodrigo and I haven't had classes together for a few years now but I was happy to receive a message from him recently. It's great to see that he is still using the Superprof platform to learn new skills and I hope that he is using his English every day, which was the purpose of Rodrigo having classes all those years ago!

Sílvia's daughter Carlota brings great energy to our English classes. She is is a very motivated and talkative student who is not afraid to speak, which is a huge strength. She is doing a great job overall, and with a bit more focus on grammar rules, she will be able to strengthen her foundations and make even faster progress in the future. It was great to meet Pedro in our first English class and get to know him. He is very motivated to improve his English and committed to working towards his New Year’s resolution.

Pedro reached out to me because he’s studying a course related to his profession in English. He had done an immersive English course in England when he was younger, but doesn’t usually get the chance to speak English these days.

Pedro is able to talk about a wide range of topics, which makes our lessons really interesting — I’ve even learned a lot about dogs thanks to him! While he sometimes makes mistakes, he always tries to keep the conversation flowing naturally. We’re also reviewing grammar step by step so he can self-correct and choose the best expressions when speaking.

Working with Paulo's son has been a truly rewarding experience. He is a bright, curious, and highly motivated boy who has made remarkable progress during our English sessions.

I had the privilege of teaching Elvira, a remarkable retired student. She consistently impressed me with her willingness to learn and her ability to improve. We focused on conversational practice, vocabulary building, and reinforcing some forgotten grammar concepts.

I had the pleasure of working with Miguel's son Francisco to improve his English skills, particularly focusing on enhancing his spelling and improving his organisation while writing.

In addition to this, we also worked on general language skills, including pronunciation, grammar, and fluency in conversation, making sure his learning experience was well-rounded. Francisco's hard work has paid off, and he is now more comfortable and proficient in English.

Francisco has been having classes regularly, two times per week, for the past six months. Unfortunately Francisco's foundations were lacking due to not understanding things in classes over the years and falling into bigger difficulties as the years have gone on. I can see a big improvement in Francisco's English skills and we are on the road to success! Keep up the good work Francisco, you can do it!!!

In the few session that we have had, it's been very interesting talking with Filipa. In the future I would like to introduce more grammar practise in our classes for Filipa to elevate her English even more!

Inês started university this Autumn and one of her modules in the future will be in English!
Inês has good communication skills but feels that a lot of vocabulary is unfamiliar to her. We're working on grammar points, vocabulary and conversation to help Inês improve her skills.
Even with all the coursework, group projects and studies Inês still has time to come to classes and study English.

Carina started her English classes over four months ago, looking to improve her skills across all areas. I'm proud of Carina's improvement despite the fact that some longer pauses may have effected her progress. I hope that in the future Carina will feel confident enough to talk to native English speakers within her family and use her English to travel.

Bruno came to me looking for English classes based around Business and conversation as he had recently moved abroad and felt some difficulty adapting to speaking in English. Bruno and I have been having classes for just over a year and the plan is to continue improving in the future!

Daniela is a joy to talk to and teach! I'm working closely with Daniela to improve the English skills that are fundamental for her new job. Right now, we're focusing on verb tenses and her accuracy when speaking. I've been giving classes to Pedro's 7 year old twins to keep them occupied during their summer holidays.
It hasn't been easy, but I can see them using the language more and more as time goes on. We do a mixture of activities using books, songs and games, including suggestions from the parents to keep them from getting bored.

Brigida is very capable of maintaining a fluent conversation but lacks in some sentence and verb structures.
I hope to give her the right practise she needs to get her where she needs to be!

Nuno presented his goals and learning objectives very clearly from our very first lesson.
We have been focusing on a mixture of grammar practise, sentence structure and corrections.
Nuno has an incredibly busy schedule, nevertheless we are able to work around it and Nuno is still able to put in the time and effort to study on his own.
