About Raff
Hello! I'm a Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English with a passion for helping students become confident English communicators. I believe that every student learns differently, so I take the time to understand their strengths, challenges, and learning goals to provide lessons that truly fit their needs.
I am meticulous when it comes to teaching because I want my students to genuinely understand each lesson, not simply complete a session. My goal is to make learning meaningful by ensuring that students can apply what they have learned with confidence.
Even before pursuing teaching professionally, I enjoyed helping my classmates understand difficult lessons until they felt comfortable with the topic. That experience strengthened my patience, communication skills, and commitment to helping others succeed.
In addition, I bring 15 years of professional experience communicating with Native American customers, allowing me to teach practical English used in everyday conversations, the workplace, and professional settings. I strive to create a supportive, engaging, and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and growing at their own pace.

My lessons are designed to be interactive, practical, and enjoyable, creating a comfortable environment where students feel confident using English from the very first session. As a BSEd major in English with pedagogical online teaching experience, I believe that students learn best when lessons are engaging, personalized, and connected to real-life situations.
I tailor every lesson to each student's goals and proficiency level, whether they are beginners, high school or college students, professionals preparing for interviews, or individuals who simply want to improve their English communication skills. A typical lesson includes vocabulary building, grammar, pronunciation, conversational practice, reading comprehension, and constructive feedback to help students progress consistently.
What sets me apart is my 15 years of professional experience communicating with Native American customers in the BPO industry. This has given me extensive exposure to natural English conversations, workplace communication, accent familiarity, customer interaction, and professional etiquette. I help students develop not only grammatical accuracy but also the confidence to communicate naturally in academic, social, and professional settings.
My goal is to make every lesson meaningful, motivating, and enjoyable while helping students build the skills and confidence they need to become fluent and effective English communicators.
