About Dr Sandeep

I have written seven books. I have a PhD in English and certification in teaching with 20 years of experience in the education industry. I have received the BEST TEACHER AWARD. I have experience teaching both school and college students.

About the lesson

My teaching method is removing the problem by focussing on the cause of the problem and providing the customised solution. I believe in skill-based teaching by teaching one skill to the student for e.g reading, writing, speaking etc. separately.

Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?
I specialize in English language pedagogy, with a focus on LSRW skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing) and phonetics. My interest grew from observing how clear communication serves as a gateway to professional success. Mastering the nuances of accents and grammar allows individuals to express their true potential.
What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?
My motivation stems from the transformative power of education. I am driven by the desire to see my students evolve from hesitant speakers into confident communicators. Helping others find their voice is not just my profession; it is my purpose.
How does your work help society?
By enhancing communication skills and providing motivational content, I help improve employability and social mobility for students and professionals. My work aims to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and the practical skills needed for global interaction.
If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?
I look up to great orators who masterfully blend intellectual depth with humour. My ideal role model is someone who can simplify complex ideas through storytelling, making learning an impactful and memorable experience.
Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.
Outside the classroom, I am deeply involved in stand-up comedy and mimicry, particularly imitating Bollywood actors. I am also a published author of nine e-books, including humorous poetry and novels, and I enjoy managing my YouTube channel and home studio.

While teaching a class, I use humour in my class to make students learn with fun
