About Samuel
I am Samuel Fox, I have been playing for many artists through the years. My repertoire spans Jazz, RnB, Gospel, Soukous/Sebene, Afrobeat, Grime + Rap (live), Rock, Pop and the list goes on. Through playing in these varied genres I have had to study each and every one to play authentically and show respect to the styles. In this time I have gained a comfortability and fluidity on my instruments and I want other people to achieve this too! I have toured UK, USA, Canada and Europe, I write/produce for myself and others, and I have hosted an array of events. If you want me to share some of my experience with you, just say the word!

During our lessons I will teach you techniques and methods that have helped me work as a musician. I am a strong advocate of finding YOUR voice, I hope I can guide you in finding it, if you haven't already. Here are some examples of what you will learn with me: -BEGINNER- - Learning your favourite songs - Getting comfortable with your instrument - understanding notes and scales - Basic warm-ups -INTERMEDIATE- - Learning your favourite songs to the next level, precise parts. - Advanced techniques (pick, slap, fingerstyle) - Harmony, further scale practice, rhythm workshops - Basic improvisation - Complex warm-ups -ADVANCED- - Master your favourite songs, add your own flavour. - Advanced technique II (fretboard fluidity, chords, displacement) - Advanced rhythm workshops (afro-cuban, jazz, soukous/sebene) - Advanced improvisation
