About Mario Alejandro
I’m a Colombian guitarist based in Montreal with nearly 10 years of experience teaching guitar and performing with various ensembles.
In addition to my professional experience, I hold a degree in music education from one of the most prestigious universities for educators in Colombia.

As a classically trained guitarist, I bring a solid foundation of techniques to each session. A typical lesson includes warm-up exercises, ear training, sight-reading practice, and goal setting to keep you motivated.
With over 10 years of experience as a soloist, singer, and collaborator with music groups, I use flexible, engaging methods that make learning both enjoyable and effective.

We found Mario by chance in march 2023 while searching for a private guitar teacher online. And what luck we've had! Mario is an amazing teacher and guitar player.
