About Michael

Michael is an ambitious, passionate, innovative, modern guitarist who is kept busy by a wide array of musical projects, and his private students. Now based in Bristol, Michael is a graduate of both The Institute of Contemporary Music Performance in London, and dBs Bristol; which has made him lucky enough to have had instruction from some of Europe’s most renowned guitarists and musicians including: Martin Goulding, Tom Quayle, Dario Cortese, Phil Capone, Stuart Ryan, and Tolis Zavaliaris. Specialising in Blues and Modern Rock techniques Michael also has a wide array of influences from Classic Rock, Metal, Blues, Jazz and Soul, to more traditional Folk, Country, and Classical musicians. Most notably his own group ‘InaCity’ recorded at SAE studios in London alongside the legendary Bass Player T.M Stevens.

Since graduating from DBS, Michael has been engaged teaching both privately and in schools around Bristol. Michael has years of experience teaching students anywhere from the age of six to eighty.
