I first picked up a guitar in high school 16 years ago and haven't stopped since! Over the years I have experienced many of the joys from being a musician and have a passion for helping others either start or level-up their musical journey. Seeing someone play their first chords or learn their favorite riffs truly brings me joy!

About the lesson

What sets me apart as a guitar tutor is my patient and flexible teaching style, ensuring lessons progress at the student's pace and are tailored to their individual needs. With 16 years of guitar playing experience, I have a wealth of knowledge that I am eager to share!

I have a diverse background, having played live in multiple bands across genres like metal, rock, funk, and acoustic. I believe this enriches my teaching with a broad perspective on music as a whole.
I have a number of years experience with songwriting, production, and the recording process as well. This can provide a comprehensive learning experience that extends beyond just playing the guitar!

Perfect! Just had my first free lesson with Neil, at first I was hesitant to see what I could learn online as a beginner. My lesson was super insightful and I couldn't have asked for a better teacher. Extremally accommodation and patient. Broke down everything into such simple concepts. Will be returning!

I need to tell y'all about my buddy Neil. This guy is an absolute guitar wizard! I've known him for years and his skills on the guitar are mind-blowing. Neil has been rocking out for over 17 years, and trust me, that experience shows in every single note he plays.
We've collaborated on numerous projects, and I gotta say, Neil's guitar recordings always take the tracks to a whole new level. His precision, creativity, and dedication to music is unmatched. Whether it's laying down smooth melodies or shredding some killer solos, he always delivers top notch performances!
