About Christian
I am an experienced IT professional with more than eight years of hands-on work across systems administration, security, networking, and technical support. My background includes everything from managing enterprise-level networks to implementing complex hardware and software systems for clients. In my career I have trained end users, supported large teams, and explained technical concepts in clear, practical ways. My resume highlights this blend of expertise, noting that I have “provided end user training of the proper use and operation of the payment systems for the staff of the clients” and that I have “administered help desk technical support for all employees firm wide”.
