About Anish
I’m a software developer with professional experience in building scalable backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and modern web technologies. Over the past 2+ years, I’ve also been teaching programming and development to both national and international students, in online and offline formats. My teaching focuses on making coding clear, structured, and practical—whether it's core programming in Java, C++, or Python, data structures and algorithms, or full-stack web development using the MERN stack. I’ve mentored over 100 students so far, helping many improve their problem-solving skills, build real-world projects, and prepare for technical interviews. As someone who codes professionally and teaches with clarity, I bring both real-world insight and student-first teaching to every session.

My Teaching Approach:
As a coding tutor, I believe in a student-centered approach—where every class is shaped around your needs, learning pace, and goals. My method focuses on clarity, engagement, and practical application. My teaching techniques aim to make coding approachable, fun, and most importantly, understandable.
Teaching Techniques and Methods:
Interactive Lessons: Instead of just lecturing, I engage my students by encouraging questions, discussing real-world coding challenges, and guiding them through problem-solving. I use a mix of visual aids, live coding, and step-by-step explanations to make complex concepts easier to grasp.
Project-Based Learning: I emphasize the importance of building hands-on projects. By working on small-to-medium projects, you not only get to practice what you’ve learned, but also create a tangible portfolio that you can show off to potential employers or clients.
Continuous Feedback and Support: I believe that learning coding is a continuous process. I offer constructive feedback on your work and provide guidance for improvement. We’ll also review past lessons to ensure that foundational concepts are solid and can be built upon.
Adaptable Teaching Style: Everyone learns differently. I’m flexible with my teaching style, adjusting my approach depending on whether you're a visual learner, need more examples, or prefer a more hands-on approach.
Class Structure:
Introductory Briefing: Each class starts with a quick review of previous material or a recap of the last lesson, followed by an overview of what will be covered in that session.
Core Learning Segment: We dive into new topics, where I’ll explain the core concepts with examples, live coding, and exercises. You will work alongside me to solve problems, followed by independent exercises.
Practical Application: We’ll spend the majority of time applying the concepts you’ve learned, either through small coding challenges or project-based work.
Wrap-up and Q\&A: Each class ends with a summary, where I address any questions or clarifications needed, and provide resources for further learning or homework assignments.
Review and Reinforce: At the start of the next class, we’ll briefly revisit previous lessons to ensure the material is sticking and can be applied to new challenges.
