About
In 2018 I met my teacher, Muni Natarajan, a former Hindu monk of 37 years, and began my journey with Raja Yoga. After studying under him for a few months, he encouraged me to begin teaching yoga and meditation myself. I have been teaching since.
I have taught group sessions at several local yoga studios, but my passion is one on one sessions.

Did you know there’s a lot more to yoga than just twisting your body into different postures? Raja Yoga, or “king yoga” is the oldest known form of yoga. In addition to the physical practice of hatha yoga, there are seven additional “limbs” of yoga which include moral Practices, breathing techniques, and meditation as well as others.
I have been a student of a former Hindu monk of 37 years, and have practiced Raja under his guidance.
I have been teaching for over 5 years.
