About Ianthe

Ianthe has been practising Hindustani classical music for the last 10 years and has also completed her Prabhakar (6 year diploma equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree) from Prayag Sangeet Samiti, India.

She has represented India at Ethno England 2018, a world music exchange program, where they performed as an orchestra and also performed at various venues across the UK as a part of their tour.

As a music educator, she has worked with children of all age-groups as well as adults. One of her major strengths as an educator is to explain complex musical concepts using simple language and relevant daily life examples.

About the lesson

Ianthe’s teaching methodology includes all kinds of learning styles- visual, aural, kinesthetic, logical and verbal- which meets everyone’s learning needs and makes the sessions extremely engaging.

All her sessions are well planned in advance and are student- centric in nature.
